His early career was spent at Allied Signal Corporation designing test equipment for the Patriot missile system. Later, he worked at AAI in Hunt Valley MD, leading IRAD projects to develop survivable electronics packages used in hard target munitions. Since then, he has designed or lead the design of numerous digital and analog systems including a more recent 5 year stint writing software for signals intelligence systems. Since 2000, Dave has worked building NKI to be a niche leader providing design analysis and software services to government and commercial organizations. He has a Bachelors of Electrical Engineering from University of MD and an MBA in Finance from Loyola University MD.
